Brown noise stopped when I turned on wind or traffic.

Turning on wind or traffic stops brown noise. Turning on brown noise stops wind. Wind and traffic can play together.

The two 40 Hz sounds do not play together.

Overtones and Double Octave cannot play at the same time. Pick one. You can layer it with any other sound.

Does audio stop when my screen locks?

No. Audio keeps playing. Use the lock screen or Control Center to pause it.

I do not get a notification when the timer ends.

Open iOS Settings > Focus Audio > Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications. Also check that silent mode and Focus modes do not block it.

My saved presets are gone after I reinstalled the app.

Presets are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. They do not sync to iCloud.
